Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Kingsbury

Very poor experience with Enterprise Car Hire as their colleagues give mis-information and they don't bother to call back, even after multiple follow ups. In short, don't expect customer service/satisfaction here. Long story short, I was given a Car which had a technical breakdown within 2 hours of journey and next 5 hours I was road trying for recovery with my family (including 1.5yrs old kid). This is some what acceptable as recoveries are tedious, But where it hurts the most is that I had to follow up for weeks to get my money back as breakdown was due to faulty car given to hire. Eventually one colleague agreed to refund back the amount but then within a week they changed the statement and refused to return the money. I have given up the hope. If you have read this think twice before renting

My brother rented a car from this company I would not trust them with my details let alone their cars plz look at what he was given with 10 different issue. The car had no windscreen wiper no water in it no cooler scratches every we’re when I took it to Kwik Fit they video the car and advice us to get the car taken back and report to office and KWAME BOATENG SAID THEY WILL LOOK FOR REPLACEMENT AND GET BACK TO ME 3-4days went the car was collect and when I asked them were my replace they advised on a record call u want be getting one and put a ban on the system. Speaking to other branches they advise me this is common for Kingsbury and I shall make a formal complaint and take this to escalation guys DO NOT DRIVE THIS CAR WITH OUT CHECKING. We was rushed to take the car as they was closing and ginven false hopes. BE CAREFUL IM NOW WAITING FOR AREA MANNGER TO CALL we are now on the 5th car and still they don’t want the city manager to get involved been calling for 5days str8 nd there car I parked up

I do not usually leave reviews but this is one I looked forward to completing and after not receiving the email asking for my experience I thought this will be the best avenue to leave a review. Enterprise Kingsbury is possibly one of the best rental location's I have had the pleasure of interacting with and this is all down to the staff. My job allows me to travel various times yearly and so usually make use of rental companies when in certain countries, the best description of the service and experience from Kingsbury is simply, excellent. The staff are truly a credit to this company, genuinely interested in the customer and go beyond their job description, making you feel valued and as somewhat part of the family. Prior to picking up my reservation, I received a call from Hiree who informed me of an issue I had experienced for multiple years in regards to address verification, this is not what you want to experience when on a busy schedule. To get to the point, after I outlined the facts she was able to do what the verification company could not do in less than five minutes. This has now cut down waiting times dramatically, awkward phone calls from certain branches in regards to the previous issue. Thank you Hiree. My experience did not stop here, upon arriving at the branch I was attended to promptly by Ayo who was delightful, professional and made sure the car I was given was amply cleaned. Although the vehicle I had initially reserved was only a few months old, I required something bigger and requested an upgrade to a higher vehicle class which was granted by Rohan, one of the best managers I have had a pleasure interacting with. Rohan, I will like to personally thank you again for the excellent service tendered, you did not have to do what you did and I truly appreciate it. Thanks again to all of you.
